General clause
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, purchases made in Aceites Espinosa. (Hereinafter ildefonsoespinosa.com ) are subject to the general conditions of purchase contained in the page at the time of the corresponding purchase order. The placing of an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions of purchase have been set out in advance in accordance with current legislation.
Orders
Orders placed are understood to be “firm”. The fact of placing an order implies prior knowledge and express, irrevocable, full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sale.
Buy

The characteristics of the products and their prices will be displayed on the screen. Items and services will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices shown on the screen are in euros VAT. included, and are those in force, unless there is a typing error. The offers are duly marked and identified as such. Their validity period is effective for as long as they appear on your screen. The products will be shipped to the delivery address you provide.
Cancellation of orders already placed
ildefonsoespinosa.com reserves the right to refuse any order even if paid, returning in this case the entire payment. You have the possibility to cancel any order that has already been placed and receive a full refund of your purchase.

Returns must be sent together with a copy of the delivery note accompanying the shipment. According to the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996, the claims, guarantee and issuing of invoices are as follows:
- Returns will not be accepted unless they come in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition.
- The delivery invoice is valid as a manufacturer’s guarantee, which takes effect from the day of delivery to the buyer’s address.
- In claims, in the case of requesting a refund, the customer must send the product to Aceites Espinosa within 7 days of receipt of the order and the return costs are borne by the customer. If on the other hand you wish to replace the product ildefonsoespinosa.com undertakes to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition, as soon as the defective product is received.
Shipments and Deadlines

Shipments generated through orders will be handled by private courier and transport companies. It is essential that the customer correctly provides the delivery address, contact telephone number and e-mail address to send an e-mail with the order locator en route. For deliveries, it is absolutely essential that the customer provides us with their NIF or DNI.
Payment Methods
