Oil made from early Picual olives from a selection of unique sites and estates due to their location and type of olive grove. It is harvested at dawn during the month of October using traditional techniques. Made cold and with all our care.
Its beautiful, intense green colour is striking, and its spectacular aroma, in which we can distinguish notes of ripe tomato with hints of green seed and fig leaf. Intense on the palate, forming a film that makes you enjoy its characteristic mild bitterness, but enduring, yet delicate. A pleasure for the eyes and the palate, without a doubt, a great oil to taste raw.

Oil made from Picual olives in veraison harvested by a selection of farmers in a traditional way during the month of November. Made cold and respecting our oldest family techniques.
To be used raw, in stews and fried dishes, providing that point of distinction of a magnificent oil.
The Arbequina variety originally comes from Catalonia and is named after the village of Arbeca (Lérida), although it is currently widespread in Spain, being common in the fields of Andalusia.
Very aromatic, fruity, sweet, with such harmonious characteristics that bitter or spicy flavours are hardly perceptible. On the other hand, the fruity touch of oil, banana and even apple is noticeable.
